Our call centre is a fun place to work. It is a bustling environment where excellence is encouraged and rewarded over and above the standard rates.
We are looking for interviewers with a great telephone voice and a clear and concise grasp of the English language. The key skill is to develop rapport with our target markets quickly.
All the work we do is market research and we are not selling anything!!!
We operate shifts from 9.30am to 3.00pm and 3.00pm to 8.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 3pm on Fridays and 10.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays and Sundays. We allow operators to work 2 shifts in a day when the shifts are available. We are happy to chat about the shifts that suit you best, especially if you are keen to work some of the evening and weekend shifts.
Call centre or market research experience not necessary. On the job training will be provided. Good computer skills are essential.
There is also the potential for some operators to work from home.
