Our Contact Centre is resourced with interviewers / agents based in Christchurch as well as from our network of home-based agents located across New Zealand. Our team have work from home capability which ensures services are not put at risk due to unforeseen events.

While our licensed multi-mode survey platform can currently accommodate up to 20 interviewers, our flexible workforce enables us to scale up or down. With a modern and integrated telephony and survey platform that includes multiple dialer modes, we can tailor our approach to any project scope and size.

Our experienced team can deliver scripts in an engaging and friendly manner that makes the subject interesting to the respondents. Not every call follows a script so the confident and engaging nature of our team ensures all scenarios can be delivered.

All calls in and out of the Contact Centre are recorded, which enables our robust quality programme to be implemented and followed. To ensure our quality criteria is always met, we are aligned with ISO standards, meaning our team adheres to a comprehensive quality control programme and regular auditing. This ensures our day-to-day performance and operations remains of the highest of standards.

Our inbound service offering is flexible and our telephony platform can incorporate your existing telephone numbers or we can create and add a new number that will be used solely for your business. IVR’s (interactive voice response) can be added to all phone lines if required.
