Customer Operations Manager
The team is led by our Customer Operations Manager Steve Wagner, Steve has a wealth of experience in leading outbound and inbound contact centres and in the management of data collection to inform both policy and commercial decisions. Throughout his career, Steve has held senior positions in analytics and operations across numerous Government agencies. Prior to joining Research First, he held a senior role within the data collection branch of Stats NZ. Steve’s outstanding leadership capability is well acknowledged by many as the x-factor in high performing, target oriented, contact centre teams.
