Acting Team Leader
Karl joined Research first in November 2019, after 10 years in hospitality, managing kitchens and restaurants and leading hospitality teams to deliver exceptional service. He brings a lot of experience to the team dynamic, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He enjoys working to build meaningful relationships with employees and clients, and has a genuine interest in understanding the human elements – really capturing the heart of what drives people.
Karl studied NZ diploma in Business. He has an interest in philosophy and economics. When he is not in the office, Karl is often sampling the finest local restaurants with his fiancée or takin his dog to the beach.
