Our central city offices have modern and comfortable meeting room facilities available for hire.

This includes a formal board room as well as a relaxed seating styled room for those more informal occasions. Both of our rooms have state-of-the-art sound and video recording systems and private viewing rooms.

Focus Group Room

Our Focus Group room is suitable for in-depth interviews, focus groups and informal meetings. It has comfortable lounge style chairs and soft furnishings and seats up to 12 people, making it an informal and relaxing space.

Built-in cameras and microphones mean your session can be easily recorded, and if required groups can be viewed discreetly in the adjacent viewing room. Moreover, the furniture can be rearranged if needed to meet your specific needs.

Board Room

Our boardroom is a more formal setting that seats approximately 12-16 people. It has modular tables that can be configured any number of ways, making it a versatile and comfortable space.

The room has full IT capabilities, and a private viewing room. Built-in cameras and microphones mean your session can be easily recorded. The built-in projector with complete video conferencing capabilities mean you can host any type of meeting both in person and with online participants.

It is suitable for meetings, seminars, training, classes, and group sessions.

Viewing Rooms

Both our meetings’ rooms are supported by an adjacent viewing room each. Viewing rooms have a mirrored window that ensure observation is discreet and that it does not interfere directly on the outcome of the interaction being observed.

These viewing rooms are often used when researchers and clients want to observe live interactions in a focus group type setting.

Our Services and Facilities

When booking our rooms, you have access to a shared welcoming space that has bar-style seating and couches for up to 20 people. This is an ideal staging area or mingling space.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with a barista coffee machine and cooking facilities so your dedicated host can look after your every need with our complimentary coffee and tea making facilities and any catering you may require.

The rooms have central air conditioning to guarantee the perfect temperature.

Our convenient city centre location makes us easy to find, and we normally have plenty of free parking.
